     confirmation number assigned to you. 

     These application forms must be current in

     your file each year in order for us to process

     changes for your membership and issue a renewal

     for your ministry affiliation. 

     If there is any question as to whether your

     membership is US or Non-US/Native American,

     your personal judgment will be honored. 

  GAN exists for the purpose of providing an apostolic

  covering for those ministers and/or ministries that are

  functioning in the Ephesians 4:11,12 biblically orained,

  five-fold ministry of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor,

  and Teacher.
