Greetings from Argentina!                                          

Here is an update on what your home town missionaries are up to.

Visiting some churches and pastors in La Rioja;

First off we stopped in Chepes and met with Pastor Mercado (used to be a member of Pedro’s church, now pastor of his own); we visited for a little and then headed on our way to Catuna. In Catuna, we didn’t know where to go but knew God wanted us to pray and bless one of the churches there; we asked the police about the churches in the area and were given directions to two of them. The first church was it, when I stepped on the church property the spirit of God came upon me and tears were in my eyes;

Later on we found out this is the same church “The River Church” helped out, it is under Pedro Guzman. We were told this church was no more by people in Chepes.  We waited 4 hours for Pastor Juan Romero (pastor of this church) to get back so we could pray with him and his family. The extension of this church is not finished; all they have is the bottom borders of the walls foundation.

This is the inside of the church. After Pastor Romero got there we prayed and prophesied over him and the church.

It was an awesome experience!

After this we headed to Chamical and met with Pastor Ozvaldo Rolon, we prayed with him and blessed his church. Then we realized were supposed to go back to Olta and visit a church.

We went and asked around until we found a church. They were just starting to have service and we walked in; Pastor Tello Pantaleon (pastor of this church) came and greeted saying they were praying for God to send someone to visit them (they were so excited to see us). I realized later that I met this pastor years ago at Pastor Pedro’s church; Pastor Pantaleon is an amazing man of God.

Here in Olta we got to pray with the pastor and his church. Then the pastor had his church pray over us and God began to speak to our lives. Then the pastor prayed for Robert, it was awesome.

I didn’t get a picture of the pastor, with everything that was going on I complete forgot, the pictures you’re seeing were taken the next day and the pastor wasn’t there.

We left there and headed back toward Chamical.

In between Olta and Chamical we pulled off the road and set up a tent to spend the night;

In the morning we headed out to the capital, La Rioja. We got there and drove around looking for a place to eat lunch; we stopped at an outside food place and ate. After lunch, Apostle Miguel Medawuar spoke with the family and the entire family (around 7 people) accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Then we headed back to San Juan. Once back in San Juan we were beat and God spoke to Robert and I to go up a mountain to fast and pray, so that next day we did.
